- We invite the emails informing cancellation of the tour and the refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email. Cancellation/retention charges as per respective hotel/Cruise policy/vehicle policy. All refund will be processed within two weeks on receipt of your email.

- Between 14 days to 7 days prior to the check in date - 50% of room rate will be charged
- Between 7 days to the check in date - 100% of room rate will be charged.
